Welcome to IQ AutoPro (operated by IQ AutoPro LLC, "IQ AutoPro," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IQ AutoPro website (iqautopro.com) and the IQ AutoPro mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

WHAT IQ AUTOPRO DOES

IQ AutoPro provides AI-assisted, guided automotive diagnostic information based on OBD2 trouble codes, sensor data, and information you provide about your vehicle. The Service is intended to help vehicle owners and technicians understand possible causes and next steps for a vehicle issue.

IQ AutoPro is an informational and educational tool. It is not a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, or repair by a qualified, licensed automotive technician. You are solely responsible for how you use any information provided by the Service, including any decision to perform, defer, or pay for repairs. IQ AutoPro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any diagnostic suggestion, and is not responsible for any vehicle damage, personal injury, or other loss resulting from reliance on the Service.

ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND PRICING

IQ AutoPro offers the following subscription plans, billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled:

Free — $0 — 1 guided diagnosis per month

Basic — $7.99/month or $69.99/year — 5 guided diagnoses per month

Pro — $14.99/month or $129.99/year — 15 guided diagnoses per month

Premium — $24.99/month or $219.99/year — 40 guided diagnoses per month

IQ AutoPro also offers Lifetime access as a one-time purchase of $399, which is not a recurring subscription and does not renew or expire. Lifetime access includes 10 guided diagnoses per month, refilling each month for as long as you have Lifetime access.

A "guided diagnosis" is a multi-step diagnostic conversation that ends in a specific diagnosis. Quick lookups (such as trouble code meanings, sensor or parameter reference ranges, and general questions) are unlimited on every plan, including the Free plan, and do not count against any monthly limit.

NEW ACCOUNT TRIAL

New accounts receive full Premium-level access (40 guided diagnoses per month) for the first 30 days after signup, at no charge and without requiring payment information. After 30 days, your account's guided diagnosis limit will change to match whichever plan you have chosen to subscribe to, or to the Free plan's limit (1 guided diagnosis per month) if you have not subscribed to a paid plan.

EMERGENCY DIAGNOSIS

Emergency Diagnosis is a separate, one-time purchase of $4.99 that grants a single guided diagnosis. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account, respectively, and automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Purchase management, cancellations, and refund requests for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies.

Purchases made directly through the IQ AutoPro website are processed by our payment processor, Stripe.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

See our Refund Policy for full details on cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds for website purchases. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded exclusively by Apple or Google under their own policies.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DIAGNOSTIC SUGGESTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQ AUTOPRO AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR VEHICLE-RELATED DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service, including its content, features, design, and the "Check Engine Charlie" character and related branding, is owned by IQ AutoPro LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Refund Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (such as by updating the Effective Date above or notifying you in the App). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
